Congrats to the most recent approvals! Hey, can someone tell me if the AP is good for one trip or multiple trips? I'm anxious to book a flight but don't want to book it if I can only use the AP a limited numbers of times.

It can be valid for one or multiple entries depending on what you put in on the I-131. Check your copy of the I-131 (if you have one), part 7 question 1: "For how many trips do you intend to use this document". My AP says "Valid for multiple entries" so if nothing else I guess you'll know once you get the AP in the mail, which you, based on your timeline, should receive any day now.

The lastest: I received email from CRIS last night (Jan 18) notifying that my EAD card production has been ordered. :dance: I hope it arrives soon...

EAD in the mail!!! Thank God, with AP and EAD I started to feel a little more like I belong :whistle: !!! yupiiii!!!

Time for DL, a job here for a change and, hopefully, a visit in my country soon! :)

K-1 petition

February 6th 2007 - K1 petition sent to TSC

February 16th 2007 - cheque cashed

February 22nd 2007 - NOA1 received by mail!

May 16th - received NOA2 hardcopy

May 25th - first set of documents received home in Bucharest (list of documents to present at the interview) - based on fiance's request to open a provisional file

May 30th - packet arrived at the Embassy, Embassy notifies us about it.

June 21st - interview APPROVED!

June 22nd - VISA

August 17th - arriving in USA, through JFK

Sept 8th - wedding :)

I checked our case status online this morning, no change.

I JUST got an e-mail from CRIS (Jan 21, 2008 at 11:15 AM) saying on January 19, 2008, they ordered production of his EAD card.

I went back to the website, and it was listed as updated as of today's date.

EAD card production ordered again...LOL I was starting to worry since ours had only been ordered once and everyone else seems to be getting 2 emails stating card production ordered.

This process sure messes with your head!!! :lol:

ROC Journey:

01/19/2010 - Mailed ROC paperwork to Vermont Service Center

01/21/2010 - ROC package arrived at VSC

01/26/2010 - Check cashed

01/28/2010 - Received NOA, GC extended for 1 year

02/25/2010 - Biometrics taken

04/23/2010 - Conditions lifted! :)

05/01/2010 - Ten-year GC received...on hubby's birthday! Yay!
