No Touches Until After Approval!

Hello VJers. I have not had a touch on our petitions since they were transfered to CSC. I even called once and it did not generate a touch. Much to my surprise today, both of Ed's petitions for Meryll were approved yesterday and no touches on CRIS until today the 24th.

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 23, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 23, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

So even if you do not get any touches, don't give up hope!! I think CSC tried to make up for not recording any touches by sending me four emails. :jest:

I was wondering about Urge To Race this morning. He sent their petition in one day ahead or ours and the gap grew to 12 days. I hope he is celebrating with his spouse in Barbados!!

10.30.07 - APPROVED No email, the NOA2 came in the mail...hard copy.

11.21.07 - APPROVED!!!! APPROVED. GOT AN E-MAIL ON THANKSGIVING!
