Because I don't live in a time without fast planes, cheap int'l phone cards, and the internet... I'm grateful.

Because I've been given the opportuntity to work on patience as a virtue... I'm grateful.

Because this price for true love is a bargain... I'm grateful.

Because I know that my life looking forward will be an amazing example of what love can do to bridge cultural gaps... I'm grateful.

Because someone half-way around the world loves me as much as I love them... I'm grateful.

Because I'm not alone in the visa journey... I'm grateful.

Well said, Putali-didi. I thank God every day that Govi came into my life, and that VJ is here to help - I dont know what I would do if I had to go through all of this alone. Also I am grateful for the Nepali news sites so if G doesn't contact me for some reason I know it's just a bandha or something and it's not that he doesn't love me... :)

Oops, I forgot to write what I'm grateful for:

I am grateful for every day I spend with my sweet husband, the love of my life, and the chance to be a parent to our son. It has been a long and winding road (before I even met him) and that, combined with the visa process, has made me appreciate every single day we have together. I don't take either of them for granted, and I hope I never do.

Oh, and ice cream...

Many thanks to the Visajourney community for all the help!

I'm grateful for a good husband, a baby boy on the way, good family, good friends, and an over all really good life.

Oh Stina, it's gonna be a boy? That's awesome! :star: We should know whether it's a boy or girl by the end of this month! :D

Although I have nothing, I have everything. I'am greatful to my Creator because He supplies all my needs....and then some.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
