WOOHOO! ABOUT TIME! My case hasn't been completed YET but I know it will be soon. They just "received" the checklist letter response. Now mind you, I sent that overnight on the 4th and it said someone signed for it in the Visa department on the 5th, so it took FIVE days for 'em to put it in the system??!! Crazy!

Hello Rina, Aurea, Ness&Keith, Jayzar and all my fellow VJ'rs!!

Since Rina started this forum to most of us of the same case status, I just wanted to THANK YOU ALL as of yesterday after talking to NVC (live) and also confirmed it with their recording this evening, my wife's case has just been COMPLETED!!! PRAISE THE LORD and EVERYONE who kept us in their prayers, encouraging us and teaching us the proper way in completing the forms, etc. This forum has been awesome and really been informative and very helpful for the most part. On behalf of my wife and I, we would like once again to Thank You EVERYONE as each of you has been so helpful! Rina and other's, we shall continue to pray for you guys' case to be completed as well. I know that my wife's journey is still not over but I thank the Lord for His grace and will to where we are now at this point.

Again, thank you EVERYONE and I hope to see more completed cases before this month is up!!

Yes, I know they know. They just don't SAY it lol. So does that mean I can "deduct" the 5 days from the 2-4 weeks that they always claim lol? That'd be nice :)

Immigration process is tough, but we are all here to help each other out. Thank you Medieval and michael_nc!!!! Yesterday was the only time since they have received my DS230 that I did not call them...ta dah... they got it CASE COMPLETE!

Anyways, I just got off the phone from them and thank both the Supervisor Kylee and operator Wendy for calming me down last Tuesday (10/9) the last time I called NVC. I told them I will not call them until Monday, October 15th, if my case is not complete by then. But anyways, they did sorted it out. Kylee, did in fact worked on my case. When she got physical hold of my file, she did find no missing documents on my file. Reviewed it carefully and declared NO RFE, thus CASE COMPLETE. She said that my documents may have been lost, but later on found. The notes on my case never found MISSING DOCUMENTS note on it, however I may have been misinformed by a previous live operator.

Nevertheless folks, what's important now is that I can move on from this. By calling them and staying calm and following up on it constantly did pay off. By the way, they got my DS230 resubmission via email, that helped it too! It was noted on my case, at least they are listening to me.

Haaayyy....thank you all for your support and caring words! :dance: Now, I can finally relax!

Congrats Rina! now to concentrate on the medicals and interview. Goodluck to your husband and baby!
