NVC Notes:
-Didn't find out we had a new case number until 6/18/07!
-Found out on 7/3/07 that the DS-3032 form was generated and AOS fee bill was sent on 7/2/2007! COA email was sent on 7/3.
-Sent out DS-230 to NVC on 9/5/07.
-Case completed on a Saturday! Either NVC works on Saturdays or it was completed at midnight. Either way, what a relief! :)

In January of 2008 a I-601 waiver was filed, in March of 2009, we found out the waiver was denied. My husband (ex, now) and I since then have gone our separate ways.

Consulate Review: Honduras
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : December 7, 2007
Embassy Review : From what my husband told me, the consular officer was very nice to him. He asked him the simple questions such as "How did we meet?", "How long have we been together?", "May he see pictures of us together?", etc.

Unfortunately the visa was denied due to my husband's unlawful presence in the U.S. so we are now onto the waiver process.

The consular officer DID state though that if it were up to him to decide, he most DEFINITELY would have given my husband a visa.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
