I filed right at the end of May and my NOA1 is dated 6/11. October will definitely be my month! Although VJ has my adjudication date as 10/24, it could be earlier than that. I've seen a few people who got approved a couple of weeks before their VJ date and their NOA1 is a couple of weeks before mine, so I'm just praying for the patience to wait until 10/5 to call CSC.

We just got our NOA2 on Sept. 24. Our date on the NOA1 was June 1st. I hope this will help those who filed in June and still waiting on their NOA2. Good Luck Everyone!!

Great! Congrats!

Been wondering about the May filer/June filer etc distinctions. Is this based on something concrete? Or is it just to keep the threads tidy?

Some folks refer to CSC etc working on May and early June filers. Are we supposed to take this to mean that having a May 10 NOA1 is potentially the same as June 1. I mean, you guys were approved before lots of May people. And what constitutes "early June"? Oh the questions,

from a June 11 NOA1er.

I think the important date for processing is the date it was signed for at the service centre rather than the NOA1 date. They seem to be working on those cases received at the beginning to the middle of May at the moment.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

We filed at the end of May, NOA1 date of June 5th. We mailed to TSC but it's being processed by CSC - I don't know if the switch adds to the time it will take. We'd hoped to hear by the end of September and thought that getting the visa by Christmas would be a great gift! But it's very hard to guess, isn't it... and we haven't seen each other in nearly 6 months...

Let's try to keep our heads held high and keep smiling, fellow June filers! :jest:

It appears that approvals are starting to come in for mid May filers. With any luck, USCIS will finish up all May filers this month and clear the way for June filers. I filed May 24 (136 days) and am still waiting.
