Hi, I just found that I got a touch on 30 Oct!!! (no touch since 19 June) :dance: I hope my case is like yours, approval comes the day right after it is touch!! :D

We are May filers and our case has not been touched yet. My wife used RFE trick yesterday and the officer said we should be getting a response from USCIS in November.

Oh and this BS if you ask me.

how do you know it was touched??????????????

Touched is when you see an updated date on your case but the status is still the same. So you can check your case online to see if it is touched :)

how do you know it was touched??????????????

Touched is when you see an updated date on your case but the status is still the same. So you can check your case online to see if it is touched :)

Oh well.. I mean when the "last updated" date changes when you log in your online account, so you know it is touched! :yes:

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

February 29th...Civil Ceremony

March 10th...I485, I765 & I131 sent to Chicago

March 22nd....Received NOA for I485, I131 & I765 (All dated March 18th)

March 24th....Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated March 20th)

April 7th...Request for Initial Evidence for I485 (Received in MO on the 10th)

May 30th...EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approved

How can you say you are approved with just NOA1? I think Im missing something here...maybe you meant to put Nov 8? if so congrats! and good luck!!!

they received mine on June 18 got approved on oct. 25 waiting on the nvc now. The waiting starts again. :whistle:
