I know this has been asked before, but after my wife was already denied twice to get a visitor visa, I'm wondering what we have to do or if its even possible.  It seems to me this admin doesn't want anyone coming in at this time.

I dont really understand and they dont give a reason, just "better luck next time".  Its so frustrating and heart breaking.

Has ANYONE actually got a visitor visa for their wife while processing a CR-1?  WHAT is the embassy's logic here.  Why deny?  Why do they think shes going to overstay and RUIN her chances of getting a CR-1?  Help me make it make sense.

She won't get visitor's visa.

Re-applying is meaningless and only confirms DOS assumption she's desparate to come to the US.

You just have to wait for immigrant visa now. You can visit her or meet somewhere else than US.

The cosulate logic is: she has immigrant intent to move to the US. She is applying for visitor's visa to move to the US quicker and jump the line. Visitor's visa is not for moving to the US, and won't be granted

They always give a reason

i have seen a few approved Bs, more denials mind you most of them seem a long shot to get a B without a US Spouse.

They are absolutely correct.  My wife was denied a visitor visa and was explicitly told that she just has to wait for the I-130 to be approved.  It sucks, but those are the rules.

At least we got to go to Bogota and spend some time there. 😁

If already denied, you are wasting time even thinking about a visitor visa for her. You'll be doing the traveling.
