Hello, and thank you in advance but i wanted to know ir someone could help me in formulating a formar expedite request for someone aging out of a F2a category. Please and thank you.

What's the reason for the expedite? Just aging out wouldn't qualify.

Also, what Priority Date and what's the country of birth of the applicant?

I was looking for something generic to help out several of ppl for different reasons. The idea behind it came from a bunch of expedite approval that came out today for the consulate in the Dominican Republic. All expedite where previously denied but today a bunch of cases were move from nvc to the consulate in Santo Domingo due expedites. I was thinking of submitting an expedite due to aging out just to try my luck not necessarily because i think is a valid reason for an approval.

An expedite is only possible if a visa is available, so if the PD isn't current on the Visa Bulletin then there's nothing that can be done. And if the PD is current on the VB, then the applicant would stay F2A at that point anyway under CPSA.

It's not a valid reason, but it's free to try so may as well - of course an expedite is only possible if a visa is available anyway, so if the PD isn't current on the Visa Bulletin then it's a waste of everybody's time.

The PD is current and that was my logic behind it that since is free might as well give it a try. But im not sure how to write a formal expedite and i was hoping that someone who’s done one before could share with me an example of how they wrote theirs. I dont want to pay a lawyer or a notario money for something that is free and that i could probably do myself with the help from someone here.

I edited my response to make it clearer - if the PD is current then there's no aging out in to F2B anyway.

One of my friends daughter had her category change to F2b for aging out in july and had her interview in august. My friend failed to seek to acquire her visa within a year smh. The case was pending in uscis for 3 years but he messed up on that.

Yes, that's a different thing entirely.

I hoping for someone to help me formulating the body of the email in a professional format. I could fill out all pertinent information on my own. I just need to know how to get it started.

The format is not that important, the reason however is.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

This is going to sound very picky but you need a reason, if it is valid I assume they will approve, but most seem not to be approved. So not valid?

But it is free to try.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Write it like any formal letter.

Use proper English, not the language of casual chat, and do not use acronyms.

Think out what you want to say.
Keep it short: Be clear, concise and state your point.

Include your name and contact information + the beneficiary's name and contact details.

Start with a greeting and the reason for your writing the letter.
Go on to list the reason(s) why your request should be granted.
Conclude respectfully and sign the letter.
