I need some help with my I485. I been denied.

So is that right, did you ignore the instructions in your RFE? Or did you do it and it’s USCIS error?

I did not more or less understand.. i just sent them the information. from my understanding they wanted her to sign it ?

they wanted date and initials next to each question that was skipped on the original I-485, in addition to answering the questions.

 

I'm not sure if you could file the I-290B in this case. someone else might know better

 

other wise you would need to file a new I-485

It says right there on the letter:

 

 

You didn't initial and date the pages you sent. I imagine this instruction was made clear in the original RFE. You now need to file I-290B.

 

If you did not understand the instructions, it is perhaps advisable that you get an immigration attorney involved.

On what basis would he file an I-290B? If he did not place initials and date per the RFE instructions, then an I-290 might not work, since the denial was not in error.  It's time to refile a new I-485, imho.

Agreed.... I do not believe an I-290B would be allowed here. Refile as soon as you can and do it with assistance

thats the plan.. but the question is, do I need to file a 131 and 765 again?  i was told not too.. but not sure.
