they wanted date and initials next to each question that was skipped on the original I-485, in addition to answering the questions.

 

I'm not sure if you could file the I-290B in this case. someone else might know better

 

other wise you would need to file a new I-485

Agreed.... I do not believe an I-290B would be allowed here. Refile as soon as you can and do it with assistance

thats the plan.. but the question is, do I need to file a 131 and 765 again?  i was told not too.. but not sure.
