The bigger thing seems to be folks aren't scheduled until they're actually at the 3 years or 5 years. Seems like everyone who filed under 3 or 5 year early hasn't been scheduled yet, lots of folks who weren't early already have appts.

I've been a LPR for over 10 years, but I haven't been scheduled for an interview yet. I wonder location matters as well? I am in Kentucky, I don't see many KY filers... I am somewhat anxious watching/hearing recent immigration news.

Let's see how June goes with our appointments for interview. 🙏. I'm going to citizenship classes and most of my classmates have their interview 3 months after the application (5 years rule). Under 3 year rule, we're still waiting but our teacher said that after biometrics appointment is about one or two months waiting for the interview so idk

I noticed that USCIS has updated their case timeline interface. The new layout looks cleaner and feels more straightforward.Screenshot2025-06-04at11_51_37.thumb.png.2de9ceb9819cb7e3f711e2ab285a070e.png

We don't even have a "My Timeline" tab on our I-485 case anymore. LOL

It looks like so far it's only for the N400s so far because our I-485 case still shows the old version

Now that some of you are getting interviews, I have a question. Did you apply up to 90 days earlier than the 3 year anniversary of your GC? I’ve been going back and forth with someone in a immigration facebook group, and he’s convinced himself that his n400 application was denied after interview because he applied 6 days earlier than the 3 year mark. I told him that’s not true, but he’s digging in lol. I also recommended he appeal or get a lawyer to help him.

Anyone else getting a hard time because they applied too early but well within the allowed 90 day window?
