The CDC currently requires negative COVID test within 1 calendar day of flight, even if fully vaccinated. -
Hi Carl Did NVC mention that they were expediting your son's case? My daughter's case was expedited by USCIS, NVC and the US Embassy in Manila and they still took nearly 3 months to interview her. It really takes a while and unless you have a bona fide emergency (ageing out, financial hardship, humanitarian reasons, etc) they will not expedite his interview.

Her country has nothing to do with anything. I have been married to a Filipina for 11 years (we've been together for 15 years) and she is one of the best people I know.

Hi all, We, my wife's visa was finally approved and she will be traveling here to Iowa soon. I have a question regarding flight options. Since this will be her 1st entry to the US, is she required to enter at Los Angeles? Or, can she take a lower cost flight connecting in Tokyo and landing in Dallas or Chicago or NY?
