I just got a notification that a New Card is Being Produced for my i-751 case.

 

My question is if this card came in before the oath day, should I take both the 2-year conditional green card and the new 10-year to the oath or just the 10 years card only?

Not sure but if you dont have the card by then, print out the notification that says the other one is on its way and take it that day. If you have both, just take both. It would not hurt to do so.

got the oath letter yesterday and i’m having my oath on the 29th.  

 

also about applying for a passport at the naturalization ceremony, what documents do I need to bring/submit? and do you all know how long does it take for the passport to arrive? And I heard about an expedited option.. how much it is and how long does it take do y’all know? is it recommended?

Oh wow... they must have larger crowd then ... the IO who interviewed me mentioned that they had about 1700+ last month alone  ...huh

done with interview , descion can t be made because of the traffic ticket , interview took almost 1 hour (ROC ) a lot questions asking to email more proofs , by the way today the office  was full and i can tell almost 200 people were waiting there by 11 u cant even find sit where to seat . will provide more details later if needed upon request (  got bunch of questions didnt even got them the day of the visa or when i first apply for the GC even though my case s 100% legit with bunch of proof )

I can tell the officer didn’t take look about the case before so he didn’t even check any proofs I have sent all the questions were about the marriage were and how we met do u know family memeber do u see family memeber bank account trips ......the citizen  exam didn’t took 3 min just told him I have traffic ticket show him proof I paid and I have driver license record and that s all

This is weird ... did you settle the traffic tickets already? If you already paid and clear it, I don't think that should be a show stopper to your citizenship ... I've read from visajourney of people with traffic offences who already cleared it before the interview and got approved. 

 

Hopefully you get this sorted out soonest ... did you use an attorney to file?

That's strange ... However, I'd advise you send them the proofs they asked for and still include all the evidences of settling the tickets ... you should get your approval soonest I believe

finally got oath letter without any update before 29 at 12 pm in plano , simple advice take some proofs with u to the interview most IO DIDNT TAKE LOOK TO YOUR FILE before you get there
