I will keep the approval notices which amounts to...4-5 pages? But that's all, everything else if I ever need it I already have scans (AOS, ROC, N-400) and there's always FOIA.

 

I asked to have the oath late June due to surgery and hope that it doesn't create too many problems. I rationally know the online status doesn't mean much but it's still on Interview was Scheduled grrr. I do have an approval on hands so I know it will be fine.

After citizenship is done and you have a passport? My husband and I recently went through boxes and boxes of stuff. First we made sure to scan everything, including old evidences, official documents, official correspondence, NOAs, and anything pertinent to the case history. We made many digital copies and labeled them thoroughly. Once that was done we only saved official items/correspondences/NOAs, and important documents. That came to a small stack of papers and we put that into a safe. It's weird how some stuff is hard to let go, but it brought back some memories.

For DC folks in the WhatsApp thread it seems like 3-4 weeks from interview to case showing as approved/oath ready to be scheduled is the norm. Oath itself is usually 2-3 months post-interview.

Is there any rationale/reason why some are processed in two months and others have to wait as long as six months to get from filing to interview?

No, not rationale at all. Completely random. Although, some FOs are faster than others.

Zero evidence for this, but I uploaded tons of evidence with my N400 (basically all the same stuff you used for I-751 evidence for finances, taxes etc) along with a "please do a combo interview" letter. I got a virtual interview (at the physical field office) and it was clear within 2 minutes that the officer was already planning to approve me.

I haven't submitted my tax transcripts with my application filing because it wasn't requested. I just assumed the officer would ask during the interview.

You should be able to upload those. They updated the N400 online somewhat recently and there's now a specific section to upload tax transcripts.

You can still submit it online or take it with you to the interview

When did they do that? I submitted on 2/20 and it wasn't there then. I submitted the evidence anyway though 

 

They asked what might speed it up, I think we can definitively say waiting to take documents to the interview won't affect anything. It was there when I submitted mine on January 8 in the additional documents section.

Uploading it now or taking it to the interview won't delay anything. Even if you upload the extra evidence now it still won't delay it. I doubt any of the extra stuff isn't reviewed until the actual interview itself.

I'm not saying it'll delay it, I'm saying that it could speed it up.
