I've researched some of the members on this listing ... please update MDSMIF noa 09/10/07 and NY_IZMIR noa 09/04/07.

Is there anyone else here that has received absolutely no word from USCIS like me ... checks not cashed?

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

08/16/07 - applied for ssn

09/03/07 - received ssn card

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

11/19/07- EAD approved online and received same day (actual approval 11/07/07) :)

12/27/07 - AOS transferred to CSC

02/26/08 - 485's approved without interview

01/14/09 - Sent I-751 - removal of conditions

02/23/10 - Biometrics

03/17/10 - Removal of conditions approved .. card production ordered

I had my Biometrics last 9/18 and I've been checking my status online for some signs of life but nothing. The last "touch" I got was 9/6. I thought they are supposed to "touch" me after the Biometrics? Am I just being impatient again? ;)

Had Bio appointment on the 18th.... No problems.. they were more concerned with the survey card they wanted us to fill out on how they are doing... In and Out in about 20 min.. Now the waiting really begins :whistle:

9/14 2006 I-129F Sent Next day Air

9/15 Recieved and signed for by "Freeman" at NSC

9/19 NOA1 CSC Recieved

9/25 Notice date Check cashed 9/25

9/28 I Recieved NOA1(I-797C) in the mail

12/5 NOA2 12/6 but Approved on 12/5 touch

12/9 Received NOA2(I-797) by snail mail

12/15 NVC has received it..Case # issued...

12/19 NVC shipped to Romania

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

Does anyone have an idea as to the wait for EAD approval after bio?

I was told your EAD should be approved no more than 75 days after filing.

Does anyone have an idea as to the wait for EAD approval after bio?

The EAD is usually approved between 60 and 90 from the time your package was received in Chicago (add some days if you have a RFE).

If you filed a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and it has been longer than 90 days since you filed and you haven't gotten an update from us within the last 60 days, and have not seen any public notice that addresses your case type, please don't wait the extra 30 days. Call customer service immediately.

9/28 I Recieved NOA1(I-797C) in the mail

12/5 NOA2 12/6 but Approved on 12/5 touch

12/9 Received NOA2(I-797) by snail mail

12/15 NVC has received it..Case # issued...

12/19 NVC shipped to Romania

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

12/29 Packet 3 sent to Veronica

1/22 Sending all paperwork(I-134,Bank/Employer letters etc..,)..to Veronica per DHL, 3.5lbs...$144 WOW!
