Im sorry guys, but i dont know when exactly they received my package..., i didnt request for delivery notice or somethin (which i regret)..., the only thing i know for the moment is that they've cashed my checks...,

Errggghh..., its really stressful to wait for the NoA!!!! i check my mail box 4 times a day, can you believe that??

A lot of packages have a tracking number. If you still have a paper from the package you sent it might be on it and you could go on the website of USPS or whatever you used to check it.

This is a bit off topic, but I am curious why you submitted an I-130 with your I-485, since you appear to have arrived on a K-1 visa?

Its getting weird now, coz i received the ASC appointment notice for biometric today, but i haven't received NoA 1.

A few people in July are in the same case of getting the biometrics appointment but no NOA yet. Nothing to worry about. You have your case number on the biometrics appointment notice anyway and you know that you're in .

I'm going to be sending in our papers this month.

Do you know if a name change is a good idea? Is there any risk if she's an overstay?

On the marriage license, it says "Street Address or Rt. Number"....is it fine if we didn't include her apartment number? There was not a space for the zip codes, so we figured the apartment number was not necessary as well. Is there any cause for concern when we turn in the paperwork? Would it sound like we're not forthcoming with the facts?
