My rant for today:

Went to my favorite store for weekly Friday restocking.  Got there just a couple of minutes after opening.  When I got to the checkout which was less than 1 hour after opening, there was a line of people waiting to checkout.  WHY?   Why can't those people stay home until I am finished?

Maybe we need more people like TBone....  Oh lord, did I really say that?

Can't wait to see how this gets edited and used against me.

Happy Belated Level Up Day! 🎂

@Neonred hubs is delighted that Costco Exec members now get in an hour early.  There was still a number of people waiting to get in, but it was less crazy than "normal". He hates stores with people shopping in them.

Thanks, I had already forgotten this.  I do like the fact that I can get gas at 6:00 am even on the weekends!

Thrilling Friday report, see man:

23 hours ago, TBoneTX said:

Have tentatively itineraried 2 ESs for Friday, see how we feel man.

We shall save these ESs + one more for Saturday, decide we man.

Awoke unwillingly and kept slapping the tap-nap, infernal alarm man.

Hip felt great after regular bedtime HSM, injection site sore no more man.

Threatened rain all day, ominously cloudy in morning man.

We decided to mow front lawn, in semi-drastic need thereof man.

Two sweatbands were consumed, one job one recovery man.

Miu enlapped herself as we off-cooled under ceiling fan, host we fluffy lap-miu man.

Made bank deposit for Mama T-B. consequent to "selling her life" to antique-dealer, honest we man.

Favorite long-time bank lady was there, hadn't seen her for a while man.

We apprised her of Mama T-B.'s situation, upset and cry twice she man.

We almost did the same once, upset we man too man.

Bank lady will extend wishes to Mama T-B., count on it man.

Free lunch (just made it man) was loaded baked potato with BBQ pulled pork, seafood chowder (yuck man), coleslaw (enh man), and same infernal sugar-free yellow muffin as has been frequent, yuck but ingest we man.

Resumed up-cleaning, tedious man.

Found yet more boxes of family fotos/memorabilia, lots of history man.

Found 2 brand-new plushies, squirreled away by Mama T-B. man.

We hope to send these to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s youngest nephew/niece, only outlet for them man.

Got call from building office, call they man we man man.

Same couple as before wanted to buy more furniture, gluttonous they man.

We agreed on sale of full bedframe with storage headboard, plus #2 office desk, $Many00 man.

(We could/should have asked for more, :bonk: we man.)

Bed needs disassembling and desk needs off-clearing/out-cleaning, both big jobs man.

Made donation run, almost didn't make it consequent to jammed traffic, :ranting:  man.

Did get rid of the last (?) plastic-flower arrangements in vases/jugs, think we man.

The #2 bathroom is completely out-cleared now, confirm we man.

Free din-din was carved ham, spicy baked beans, & mac/cheese, ingest we man.

With Many (2x2x2 +2+2+1) days left in July, we can ingest lunch freely for all but 2 of them, calculate we man.

Returned and began clearing floor from desk to front door, ultimately necessary man.

We compiled a box of stuff for ourself, chiefly toiletries & miscellany man.

Compiled a box of stuff for ex-Mrs.-T-B., stuff she'll probably all use man.

Aggregated the Many -- si man, Many -- boxes of family fotos/stuff, put intat in one place man.

Got brutal about out-throwing still-useful items, various unused/lightly used bathroom items man.

Started on a little more stuff for donation, not many small items left that the donation place will take man.

Pending Mama T-B.'s decision about clothes, we should probably start on kitchen stuff next, think we man.

The big things are the furniture & electronics, probably must advertise on NextDoor et al. man.  :girlwerewolf2xn:

It never did rain, no man.

Sun emerged by rush hour and we were quite sweaty, perspirational we man.

We remembered to exit with Many (2+2) stray books and Many (2+2+1) CD collections, focused we man.

We took them to Half-Price Books, maybe get pennies for them man.

To our amazement, they took all Many of each, clean sweep man.

They gave us $Many-&-a-half ($[2x2x2 +2] + half a buck), most of that from one CD man.

This gave a lift to our sweaty and exhausting day, enough energy to get us to our casa man.

Delivered box to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s unoccupied casa, ex-she man & Mini-B. still in Ecu man.

Carried memorabilia boxes from T-B.-mobile to entry room, exhausted we man.

Miu plaintively miu'd from inside kitchen, plaintive miu man.

Ministered to lonesome bored miu, service needy miu we man.

Miu remained needy thereafter, interactive miu man.

As soon as possible post-miu, we showered, what a difference man.

We then siesta'd for <1 hour, not enough zzz but a great help man.

Continued attending to demanding miu, attend to miu we man.

No party with the rubias tonight, quit trying to knock down our door silly rubias man.

We plan to ES on Saturday morn, Many (2+1) ESs man.

After that, we must develop more of a plan for vacating Mama T-B.'s casa, time approaching man.

And that was/is our thrilling Friday, report we man.

The Many'rd ES yielded the take, see man:

          Foamy shaving-cream, half-a-Manyzen paper din-din plates = $2 + half a buck, steal man

Scintillating Saturday repartee, yawn man.

Thrilling Saturday-on-Sunday non-ES report, see man:

We got ES-ing before Many (2x2x2 +2+1) a.m., OK given our route man.

We kept getting messages that our T-B.-mobile remote's battery was low, get the message we man.

Stopped at dealership parts department, proximal man.

Parts dude gave us a battery free and showed us how to replace it, tricky man.

Just got to Mama T-B.'s place in time for free lunch, last one served man.

We consumed beef lasagna (praise be to the Great Sky-Chimp), peas, garlic bread, and sugar-free (?) chocolate cake, ingest we man.

We had big plans for up-cleaning, plan big we man.

Just then, Mama T-B. called, distressed senior she man man.

She asked if we could come help her with her pills and other stuff, right then man.

We helped Mama T-B. with pills and with general organization, neat-freak senior she man man.

We apparently fell asleep after finishing the pills, chin-on-chest zzz we man.

Mama T-B. then beefed about many issues, not too exaggerated man.

We were there for nearly Many hours, till half-past Many (2+2+1) p.m. man.

We internally despaired regarding accomplishing anything, sigh we man.

Mama T-B. gave us 2 soiled dusters to warsh, good weekend timing man.

Returned to casa, feed miu and preemptively turn on lights for late-night return we man.

Retrieved din-din from BK*, ingest we man.

     *WUOC, financially savvy we man

Got back to Mama T-B.'s old casa, return like MacArthur we man.

Consumed din-din, ingest we man.

Out-cleaned all drawers of desk to be sold, big drawers already pretty much emptied man.

The above-lap drawer was the challenge, good heavens above man.

It contained such things as business cards from long-gone banks, repair receipts from old casa when Papa T-B. was alive, random scraps held together by too-small rusty paper clips, and things held by now-broken rubber bands that had melted onto what they'd been holding, :girlwerewolf2xn:  man.

We threw out Many% ([Many00% - 2%]) of everything, invoke name of Great Sky-Chimp in vain we man.

We must now off-clean the top of the desk and see what's under the blotters, away-squirrel things Mama T-B. man.

We then tackled the plastic double tray atop desk, loaded with stuff man.

We found health records for Mama T-B. and Mini-B. from Many years ago, passé now man.

We found half-of-half-yearly investment reports from Many years ago, passé now man.

We must admit that everything was very neatly stacked, si and :bonk: man.

We took Many -- si man, Many -- sealed envelopes of this stuff down to the recycle bin, take we man.

We then decided to make headway visibly, decide we man.

We removed all Many wall-pictures, nearly Many00% of Papa T-B. man.

We had one box big enough to hold them, at least a Manyzen small fotos left to pack man.

Decided not to cart box of pictures down to T-B.-mobile, flatbed dolly deafening at too late an hour man.

Took a bag of office supplies and a thick brown towel still with the straight-pinned "Key 1" KMart tag on it man.

Made it to casa in time to assuage indignant miu and watch late TV news, assuage and watch we man.

Laundered Mama T-B.'s dusters and new towel, Thread Laundress we man.

We have never seen brown dryer-lint before, usually gray or mauve man.

Boxed up 2 NWT plushies found deeply buried in Mama T-B.'s closet, box we man.

These we will send to our Many-year-old ([2+2+1]-year-old) ex-nephew in Philadelphia, surprise wee man we man.

There is a tiger with a German tag on it, and a rabbit that plays music, should be cute for wee man man.

We have never met this ex-nephew, no man.

He is the progeny of ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s #Many ([2+2+1th) sister, specifically man.

These plushies are certainly Manycades older than he, convinced we man man.

No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort we man.

We have far too much to do on Sunday to do our usual casa-hold chores, but do latter we must man.

During laundry, we should probably post our sale furniture on NextDoor, sigh man.

But we must download these fotos from our phone, always tedium man.

And we lack fotos of lamps, warsher/dryer, and other stuff man.

We're unsure that we can vacate that casa in Many (2x2x2 +2+1) days, unsure we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Saturday-on-Sunday, report we man.
