I was deported from the country I was born along with my parents when I was a baby because of strict immigration laws. years later one of my parents entered the US and later become a US citizen. My parent who was in the US filed for me with the birth certificate from their country before I obtain my citizenship from the country I was born in.I later return to my country of birth later and fast forward I was able to obtain my citizenship when I became an adult. With the filing process already in motion I went along with the process of coming the US. Now that I receive status here in US. I wish my parent had file using my original country of birth documents.because I hate the document because it says that I was born somewhere that I was. I wish I had a say in the matter and I know why my parent did it but I just do not like it. is there any way I can change my place of birth by using my original birth certificate?

The birth certificate that your parents used, does it state that you were born in City A, Country AA, the place you were actually born?   Or does it state you were born in City B, Country BB, a place nowhere near where you were actually born?

If the latter, then I would seek a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney as soon as you can.

The birth certificate my parent used was the one they got for me when we got deported to their country so basically It states that I was born in the same country as them.

A false birth certificate?

Not necessarily, some countries will not issue birth certificates to people born in some situations (undocumented/temporarily present/etc.).  Others, like me, have birth certificates from more than one country because it is how the registration of birth abroad is done for them.  It is not call "registration of birth abroad", just "birth certificate" - it gets weird.

@ymir it is not clear what you are trying to do exactly - listing the countries and providing more details might help other users guide you.

No both are legal its not fake but  both have different places of birth. I guess they claimed that I was born there because its perfectly normal in their country for home births. I was a baby and when we got deported my parents just did a birth certificate for me in their country so I can have that countries citizenship but they did not had to, they could have just used the one I already got.

So you were born, they got your birth certificate and then were deported and obtained another one?

And you entered the US with a passport obtained with the "wrong" birth certificate.

So you don't have the same citizenship as your parents but you were granted residence/entry to the US based on that? What passport did you present when you entered the US?

Yes I have the same citizenship as them and I also went back to my original country of birth and obtain my citizenship. My original place of birth citizenship have that I was born I my country its correct however my citizenship from my parents country says I was born in that country. same name and DOB but different countries of birth in the passports.

Having dual citizenship and two passports is perfectly normal.

Your problem is that you have two birth certificates with two different countries of birth which actually constitutes misrepresentation.

Do you mind sharing the two countries?

And also, when did you find out your father petitioned you with the wrong birth certificate?

okay I think I am like you on a sense that I got differant  birth certificate one from where I was born and the other where my parents where born. what I am trying to say is that I wish my parent used the documents from my original place of birth and now I wish I could change it.

I presented the one they used to file under which was the country of their origin. the country I was deported to with them. My parents had no intentions of going back to the country I was born in. I wanted to go back

Yes it is false misrepresentation and although I was a baby I take full responsibility for going along with it because when I found out that my parent file for me with wrong documents I was already 20 years old and reluctant but I was so desperate to come to the US I cave in. I now regret because I don’t like the country of birth thats on my US documents I wish I could correct it because no matter  how much I ignore it, it bothers me
