Did you meet your current wife when you were still married?

What is the 1st wife's status?  (LPR, USC etc).

In term of court, yes I was still married but already filed for divorce. Then covid started. Everything shut down until April 2021. The divorce delayed for a year. I got married on April 2022.

ex wife is usc.

She knows the reason for the divorce. CO asked her during the interview. She answered all 5 questions from CO without any problem.

then sounds like u need to ask her -very directly-what went wrong

Beneficiaries do know all questions and how the CO responded to answers

N400. When I was 18.

That doesn't answer my question. How did you get your citizenship? Through a parent? A spouse?

I am asking how did you get your right to naturalize? Did a parent petition you? A spouse?

How did you get a green card?

Ok. You petitioned your ex wife. In between your ex wife and your current wife, have you petitioned for someone else?

How about your current wife, has she ever been petitioned before?

Has she ever applied for any other visa before?
