I want to file for my father mother unmarried brother age 27 married sister age 35 with a daughter. I wanted to make sure the best way to file for all of them. I don’t want anyone to be delayed because of the other. Someone told me if I file for all of them together it becomes family file and they all will only get to come here after 10-15 yrs. But then someone else told me that file for parents first so they can get to come here in 2 yrs time and the file for siblings. I don’t want to do something crazy and end up doing all wrong. Please advise if possible. Thank you all.

File for them all, your Parents can also file for your unmarried sibling when they get here, must remain unmarried

Each visa applicant must have a separate petition.

Sibling visas from India take like 20 years.  Who knows where he will be living then.

No need to wait. Separate petitions for all.

No, you do not need to wait.

It is better that your parents file for your sibling because that is faster than you filing for your sibling. It makes a lot of difference in time. Also, if you want you can file 2 petitions - 1 by you (for sibling) and another by your parents once they get their GC (for their child). Whichever comes first, you can go with that.
