Has anybody paid already the visa and AOS fee? I already paid last Saturday but it still saying In Process until now. How long will I still have to wait to reflect that it is paid?

I heard that is when you are in line to  be scheduled.

I read on other forums that it needs to be documentarily qualified first before they put you in line for a schedule.

You can check current processing times for that here - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

It's usually super quick, then it's just the wait for an interview, and that varies hugely depending on the consulate.

Right now they are still working on the cases on Jan 31, 2024...so I just need to wait...and another long wait for the interview date because its taking too long in the Philippines

I don’t know if Manila is one of the consulates that’s quick (3 months ish) or super slow (2 years +), or somewhere in between for an interview.

But yes, now you’re just waiting for the IL, assuming no RFE and you get DQ’ed soon.

Good luck.
