I believe it updates automatically based on their ETA. I wouldn't be surprised if it reaches the end of the 3 weeks and then says "it's taking long than we expected".

Last September 2. It was changed to Case is being Actively Reviewed and it says 3 weeks until the next update.

Just check it now and it changed from 3weeks to 5 Months waaahh really???? What's your SC again?

SC is Nebraska. Yours is TX right?

Okay. Mine is Potomac processing time says 14.5 months.

Timeline

I filed for my both parents on 02/28/2023. Initial NOA on the same day was from Nebraska. 

My dad's application was sent to California and it's been under review since March 2023. Estimated processing time went from 1 week to taking longer than expected and no back to 6 months. 

My mom's application was sent to Vermont and status changed to "being review" on September 6, 2023. Her estimated time is still showing 1 week.

Maybe they transferred your dad's application to a different service center. You can call USCIS and ask.
