Conditional green card expired 18 months ago and we applied I 751 more than 20 months ago . Now my license expired and law enforcement agencies are not able to clarify anything on it . They just gave me SAVE case number 2 times . But still waiting. Someone advise me to request with senators to get details on it . Also trying to get appointments with usics but they denied that .
so can anyone advise what will be the next step to get status on that I-751 and get the license

USCIS are starting to send 48 month extension letters.  Hopefully, you will get one.  I advise you to file an N-400 as soon as you are eligible.  That has pushed the I-751 in some cases.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

We are still awaiting  th final I-751 - Petition to Remove Conditions on my wife's Green Card. We initially applied for this June 2021. Already done the interview and biometrics, yet keep getting extensions. The first was a 2 year extension, that was due to expire June 2023. Today we received another one, but for 4 years years now. Beyond frustration and ridiculous. Is anyone else having this problem? Sorry rhetorical question. I see this is now endemic of a larger problem.

Yes, the painfully slow processing is a real problem. People do receive 4 year extensions, that's true.

Has your wife considered applying for naturalization (N-400)?

We are filing that very thing right now. No point waiting. She actually became eligible last June 2022. Might as well push this up. Thx

You were already interviewed for removal of conditions?

Yes over 2 years ago, but still no update on the status. We're just gonna proceed with doing the N-400.

Wow, 2 years to make a decision is ridiculous! There's likely racial bias involved in your case due to you and your wife (if that's you guys on the photo) coming from different ethnical backgrounds. Was the interview smooth or rough?

It's time to file that N-400 and sue USCIS if needed!

That is beyond unacceptable! And I wish it was illegal.

I'm truly sorry you're both going through this. Absolutely absurd to wait two years for a decision on removal of conditions after the interview. Did you file an e-request to inquire?

Hope they literally RUSH the N-400; it is the least they should do.

Sending all the best vibes for you and your wife.

Well first, as I've said we have already initiated the N-400 application this very evening. So I appreciate your concern. However I don't subscribe to the racist boogey man around every corner or facet of society. More likely this is the result of millions of illegals flooding the country and USCIS being overwhelmed managing this. In fact, our processing went through very fast compared to others. And this last stop the officer was the same race as myself and very helpful. We will see how well we do when the N-400 is submitted.

Thanks much appreciated.
