Greetings,

Pls can I still file for adjustment of status I-485, I-765 and I-131 forms together on the same fee for I-485 ? I mean the three forms for only the AOS fee of $1,140 plus biometric of $85 ?

Saw that i-765 and I-131 filing is free if filed together with I-485, I need to confirm this statement pls.
And when is the new proposed fee rule will take effect ?

And what evidences do I need to include in all these filings.

Thanks all.

$1225 is the total.

Have you filed I-130?

Evidence? Read the guides section top right.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

File as soon as possible to avoid any fees for the I131 and I765.  The fee increase is just a proposal right now open for public comments, so it will be some time before they take effect.

Good Luck!

Ok thanks

Your profile shows K1, if you are adjusting status from a fiancé visa, there is no need for the I130.
