    I just received a RFE from uscis stating “USCIS did not receive your immigrant packet from CBP, therefore you need to provide form I-693. I can recall vividly, when I sent in the application I included a copy of my medical ( DS 3025 ), and all was done in less than 6 months I did the medicals. What do I have to do at this time? Note that I came in with K1.

    I never said petitioner ain’t supporting, The petitioner has been supportive 100% but when one of the jobs downsized we got affected and the co-sponsor helps in a little way they can….

    I have a job offer with the letter and I wanna expedite my EAD application I filed with the AOS from K1, is the offer letter enough to fax to uscis as the additional information for their decision? And under what expediting category would that be ? Secondly, our co-sponsor who have been supporting us lost his stock business capital. Would this add up as additional information? Or what other additional information can be added for me to show that I need to support our growing family. Thanks……

    Make new letters specifically addressed to the consulate and also go with both interview letters. Do not worry about the expired NOA2 as long as you secure your appointment before it expires. It will be extended by the consular. Good luck

    You received RFE the same day you received biometric appointment ? Or am I missing something?

    Yes I will fill out a fresh I-864 with my 2022 tax return and since the forms said something about the last three years I will get a joint sponsor that makes enough funds to co-sponsor with another I-864 and include his/her last three years returns. You will still remain the principal sponsor.

    Oh wow, all these was done within a year and you got your green card ? You are k1 beneficiary also ? I thought It takes two years to receive GC from filing I-485 after marriage from k1

    We forgot to include the passport photographs and I-94 for the I-765 and I-131 but we included them together with all other supporting documents on the I-485 as we filed all these applications together. What could be the possible scenario for this or how do we include the missing documents ? Thanks.

    Greetings, Pls can I still file for adjustment of status I-485, I-765 and I-131 forms together on the same fee for I-485 ? I mean the three forms for only the AOS fee of $1,140 plus biometric of $85 ? Saw that i-765 and I-131 filing is free if filed together with I-485, I need to confirm this statement pls. And when is the new proposed fee rule will take effect ? And what evidences do I need to include in all these filings. Thanks all.

    Thanks for the information, if any of my family is not present to witness our marriage in court I hope it wont be a problem and what are the forms do i need to file after we get our marriage certificate ?
