Since her husband is not in the US and I assume she files taxes "married filing separately", I don't think there is a need for him to fill out an I864A.  The minor daughter also does not need to fill out and I864A.

Good Luck!

As dependent in her tax

If your sister added you as a dependent on her taxes then it’s a household of 5, not 4.

You as the petitioner still need to fill out a separate I-864 even if you have no income. You are and always will be a primary financial sponsor even if you make $0.

Answer if no for I-864A.

Correct, no I-864a, but since you are a dependent, the household of your sister is 5, not 4.  You should have been shown on her I-864 as an "other dependent".

The I-864A form instructions on page 1 state that only household members at least 18 years old may sign.

It's critical you become an A-Student of the I-864 instructions, which you apparently have not read yet.

Do i consider this is answer of my question 😑

Not directly.  You already had the correct answer from another member.  You would not have needed to ask if you were already an A-Student of the instructions.  It's critical, because if you don't, there may be some things you would not have known and didn't know to ask about.
