Hello.

I live in California.

 

I am filing the following forms together, and mailing them in 1 envelope to the Chicago Lockbox:

 

I-485

I-864

I-765

I-131

I-693 (Not Sure About This one)

G-1145

G-1450

 

Please help me with the following questions:

 

1) Am I correct that I can file all of the above forms together and send them in 1 envelope and to the same Lockbox in Chicago?

 

 2) I found the fees of $1,225 for I-765 and $410 for I-765. (Total: $1,635).

 Are there any other fees?

 

 3) Do I need to specify the exact amount to be charged to my credit card when I am filling out G-1450, or can I leave it blank, in case there are other fees that I missed?

 

 4) Regarding I-693 Form: My fiancé had her medical exam done in less than 1 year ago. She does not need to file the I-693 form, right?

No, when you are applying for 765 through an adjustment of status you don’t pay for that one.

Yes

Way better if you pay by check. Credit cards are usually bounced because banks report the charge as fraud.

I had a comment regarding I-130 fees.

 

I thought that I-130 did apply to my situation since this is a K-1 visa Adjustment of Status, and the I-130 form is for a relative, not for K-1 visa?

I-693 (She had a medical in October in her country, and had vaccinations and a chest x-ray).

you’re correct, I-130 does not apply to you.

OP is adjusting from K1. No I-130 needed
