Timeline for Green card

Upon my spouse arrived in U.S. with K1 visa, we got married and received marriage certificate. We started the Green card Process along with travel permit and work permit in May 2022. 

 

So far, spouse got biometric done in June and only gotten RFE which I resent whatever they requested. Right now, we got nothing but status with actively reviewing. 

Is this normal timeline? I thought it would be little faster to get green card with K-1 visa. Also, as her i-94 was expired, I cannot get her ID at DMV until she receives work permit or green card.

Im not sure why you thought it would be faster with a K1 (I’m a K1 to AOS applicant as well). You can check the processing times for your local LFO; your profile says LA and the average processing is at 18 months there but YMMV. Adjustment of status and the length of it and the problems it entails (not being able to get a DL for example) are a huge downside of picking a K1 route. If you see monthly threads, some of the 2019 and 2020 applicants only recently received their GCs and a few others are still waiting.
