Oh my bad, i am sorry i misunderstood your message., oh man, check is already processed yesterday, My last response date is October 12th, Yes, she added RFE copy but RFE copy did not have address on which to respond. Have you came across any VAWA applicants who responded to 601 to Tx and received approval? how much time it took for them? What shall i do now? My lawyer is little different If i will ask her to correct it, she may not react in a good way,

yes, you are paying them to bossing you ( its everybody story here ) worst come worst, god forbid, if you dont receive receipt by Monday, send your Mail tracking receipt with RFE to local office to acknowledge them, it sent ( just advise, do whats good for you )

I am not denying sir, I was not aware of it, nor my lawyer, Shes really good with 601 but never took vAWA case, One guy i know sent it to Vermont and got approval so i followed him, 601 RFE after VAWA is rare, i found very few people so hard to get right information, We will learn through it, Ideally once VAWA always Vermont what i followed, nor you are wrong, @God is Good sent her first 601 to Tx, not sure what mistakes was in her 601 that they rejected it,

Since a copy of the RFE was included and check was cashed , you may be ok .
Order a copy of the cancelled check asap and use it to respond to RFE to local office . Use cancelled check in lieu of I-601 receipt , proof of mailing waiver packet and state delay of receipts are beyond your control…

But since attorneys is handling this, I presume they do it

You should print out the instructions and hold attorney accountable for filling address error …in case there are problems .
Example : write them a soft word email , send them the link and ask them trusted to verify where they mailed the I-601 . Say you are worried sand confused BUT you  have trusted them completely up to now 😂

Play the violin , establish a record via email and DO NOT stress out…you will be fine in the long run .

Coming up two years since I filed VAWA which means my time should be soon… looking back I had only submitted my personal statement, along with evidence of bona fide marriage to US citizen, a screenshot of text message trying to show abuse, and a psychiatrist (who is trained on interviewing VAWA applicants / abuse survivors) report. In that report the doctor concluded that it is in her professional opinion that she found my statements of abuse to be truthful and I am medically diagnosed to be severely depressed and anxiety due to abuse. All that was what I sent to USCIS…. What are you guys’ honest opinion on my case being approved

Sorry you had to go through abuse. Did you have therapy? How long did it last?

It's a tough case, when there are no police reports, multiple pieces of evidence showing it was on continuous basis etc. Not trying to make you worried more, just hoping you have more evidence. Others may also suggest.

It was more emotional abuse than physical. I was made to sleep outside the house in the open and was punched/slapped couple of times throughout the relationship but no way to physically document it as I was never bruised or injured. It’s hard to document physical abuse when there is no physical injuries. I have never thought of calling the cops on my ex when we were together..

My lawyer sent the vawa to Vermont first, it was returned saying sent to wrong address and Vermont advised to sent it to texas as my receipt number starts src. My lawyer sent it to texas to the correct address with no RFE in it and got a notice of rejection with Vermont address. And submitted that notice saying “application not needed” to local office and my i485 was denied that I didn’t properly file my vawa because lawyer forgot to include RFE And,  after filing 290b and received RFE for VAWA again and we mailed it to texas again with the receipt notice in it and Vermont processed my check, we  sent the receipt notice that to local office and waiting for the decision now

I think USCIS hit the jackpot.

Do you have a lawyer? This doesn't seem like DIY.

I think this is doable. I would say hire a good attorney. Also write a new personal statement with everything with more detailed information. Best of luck!
