When your I-485 under extensive review, what does this mean?

Does it really say extensive? Or "case is being actively reviewed"? Either way, I don't believe it means much. Just a filler status when nothing much is happening.

Hi... if your applying first time with I-485 then you send it to Vermont... but if you already done you 485 interview, and they request you for 601... so any case in action of 485 goes to TX.... in simple word... without their asking, it goes to Vermont.... currently in process of 485 goes to TX.... 2 address in TX... 1 for only USPS....2nd for FEDEX n UPS

3 stages 3 locations   #1 with VAWA   #2 with 485  #3 if pending decision on 485 ( you deside your stage )

Hi guys, I filed my denied I485 (still waiting on why) in NYC, had my “hold in abeyance” interview in NYC during Covid but I moved to Miami during Covid and changed my address back then and changed back to NYC a year ago when I came back. Now, my senator said my denial came from MIAMI field office…

are denials come from the field office or Vermont? Why is my denial coming from Miami and not NYC where I filed, interviewed and moved back?
