@Mackay

Congratulations, now make sure you start or continue to gather your ROC documents and proofs. Your ROC packet will be much more detailed than the AOS! Enjoy the two year break from USCIS!

Thank you!

Congratulations!  That was super fast!  Your case might be the VJ record holder for post-COVID AOS cases 🥇

I'm a little amazed myself! Ill post when the Green Card is in hand. All of the advice I got here was very helpful!

Hi just wondering if anyone is in California and received any news that they can share?

Notified today USPS has GC, tracking # issued. Should have GC in hand by Monday!

So very appreciative of this forum, quite the lifesaver! I had Biometrics (EAD) on 27 Oct , so 5 weeks ago Shouldn't it reflect on my account by now?  Is there anything I can do e.g. call?

Hello,

i received an “action was taken” notification and when I logged in, the I-130 was approved and there was a letter attached supporting the approval. However, the I-485 shows no update. Is that normal? We have not been scheduled an interviewz

I appreciate your advise.

I want to provide an update.

I just receives a confirmation that the I-130 & I-485 were approved and I can see both approval notices. Both cases have changed to approved. The process was almost 5 months and interview was waived.
