I know the K1 petition requires me to fill out a G-325A form for myself, will my fiancee have to do the same? If so, how did your fiancee fill out the form and get it back to you? Via mail or fax? To me I see it as a problem for the fiancee having to fill out the form? Any comments would be appreciated.

Yes, your fiancee has to fill out this form.

My fiance and I filled out ours while I was visiting him the last time so we didn't have to worry about mail. I do have to mail him the I-134 however, and will be using registered mail so if mail is a problem in your fiancee's country then you could try registered mail or even DHL/UPS/FedEx.

Divorced. To hell with him.

I filled out my form with ink and sent it to my USC fiance through express mail. Since they require the original signature of the beneficiary it doesn't make sense to send it through fax.

When I visited my fiancee and proposed to her, I had a copy of the G-325A with me for her to sign, she also wrote a letter of marriage intent to attach to the petition, and when I returned home, I took care of the rest of the package.

If you did not do that just have her fill one out and mail it to you.

Correct. Your fiancée needs to fill out and sign all 4 pages of the G-325A. I had my husband do it while I was in Colombia visiting but your fiancée can mail them to you.

Our lawyer filled out and signed the iogtaphical form for my fiancee'. Her letter of intent was emailed to her. She print it, signed it, and faxed it back. The lawyer used this in our application and said it would be fine. I hope she is right. B)

On Form G325A, all 4 pages need to have original signatures on them. Also, be very careful because all 4 pages look identical. But they're not. You will see the difference at the bottom left of each corner for each page. They're designated to go to different places. So print each page of form G-325A.

A G325a for petitioner AND beneficiary must accompany the petition. It doesn't matter who fills them out. What matters is that an original signature appears on each of the four pages for each person.

The logistics are entirely up to you.

Note: a "fax" you receive already signed does not qualify as an "original" signature but you could fax the completed form to the person who signs it and returns it.

A Warning to Green Card Holders About Voting

I'm freaking out because I've tried posting all my evidence and forms from the UK to the US and it has already been returned once (apparently unknown address?!) and now I am worried that since I sent it a week ago the same thing is going to happen while time is ticking away...

My fiance thankfully found this link:

http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/I1...325A_110105.pdf

Which has provided a tiny source of comfort as it means I can e-mail him the forms and things that need to go with the petition but has anyone else done this? I mean send the evidence with no photos of the beneficiary and/or signed (by the beneficiary) G-325A forms?

I'm not the OP but my wife doesn't read Engish well enough to fill out the form. Circumstances vary.

In a circ such as that, could the petitioner fill out the forms for the bene and then have him/her sign them?

Yes, in my situation, I had my SO sign 3 sets of blank forms so that when I filled them out, I had extras in case I made a mistake that could not be easily or legibly corrected .

YMMV

I had my husband sign his name on a blank piece of paper and forwarded it to me by email and I used that as an "attachment". USCIS didnt have a problem with me using his signature as an attachment and I never received an RFE and my husband is here.

I am sure the best way is by mail for the "original" but I did it through E-mail and never had a problem.
