Didn't end up getting my I-751 processed before I became eligible to file N-400. Just had the N-400 interview today and passed! Interviewer also waived the I-751 interview and recommended approval for that too.

Application for Naturalization (APPROVED, Pending Oath Ceremony)

07/16/23 - Filed N-400

07/17/23 - Received by USCIS, Reviewed, and Scheduled for Interview (8/21)

08/21/23 - I-751 interview waived, N-400 interview passed!

08/21/23 - Recommended for approval and placed in line for oath ceremony scheduling.

08/23/23 - Oath ceremony scheduled for Sept 7th, 2023

 

Removal of Conditions (APPROVED)
07/19/22 - Filed I-751 and Received by USCIS

07/21/22 - NOA1 for I-751

08/21/23 - I-751 interview waived at N-400 interview

08/23/23- Approved!
 

Work Permit / Advance Parole Renewal (APPROVED & Received) in 72 Days.

Adjustment of Status (APPROVED & Received) in 374 Days!

Work Permit / Advance Parole (ExpeditedAPPROVED) in 109 Days.

K1 Visa Process (APPROVED & PoE) in 353 Days.

Please update when you get an oath date, I am curious to know how they will handle your timeline for citizenship.

 I-751 regular ROC (SRC)                                       N-400 3 year marriage based (IOE)

 Jan 17 2023 - Received                                       Jan 22, 2024 - Submitted online 

 Jan 23, 2023 - NOA + 36 months extension     Jan 22, 2024 - Biometrics waived

 Apr 12, 2023 - 48 months extension letter        Mar 6, 2024 - Interview scheduled for Apr 11 COMBO I-751/N-400!!!!

 

Completed:

I-90 for lost GC (IOE)

Sep 6, 2022 - Received

Sep 14, 2022 - Case is Being Reviewed

Feb 6, 2023 - Card is being produced !!!!!!!!!!

Feb 13, 2023 - Out for delivery/Return to sender 😠

Mar 6, 2023 - Re-mail request

Mar 9, 2023 - GC delivered!!!!!!

This is very interesting, I don't know if they are just not checking dates or if for naturalizations they don't care about the timelines anymore. Huh...

I just got a text that there was an update to my husband's case. New card being produced!!! Also a LIN filer. 😄
