    Has anyone checked on case status? I was checking and noticed a couple of Dec filers that have been approved and a few that have been moved to other offices within the last week, fingers crossed that we get approved soon.

    Hi, wondering if anyone else uses checkstatusetx.com and is from EAC? I was looking yesterday and noticed a couple of Dec filers that have been approved after beeing moved to another office, hopefully it keeps going like that....fingers crossed.

    I've seen some filers from July 2022 being approved without interview, hopefully it will be moving for all of us

    Nothing has been filed yet as of a divorce, I just want to be prepared in case there's no way of saving the marriage

    So I filed back in December 2022 and just now my husband wants a divorce, do I need to file something else if we go through a divorce, should I ask him to file for it after the case is approved or should I just go with and not notify uscis of it? Thanks in advance for any advice.

    So for reasons in life I don't need to explain right now I filed I-751 5 years late (don't judge, seen a case here that filed 10 yrs late and got approved) my case was accepted, finger prints were used again and I received a 24 month extension letter, still waiting for the 48 month one. In this time I had to come back to my country for a medical reason, now my question is how likely am I to go back and be admitted with this expired card and extension letter? @mindthegap would really appreciate your opinion and to the rest please don't judge, you don't know everything I have been through, I'm just looking for an opinion/advice.

    Just for fun while we wait, what is your estimated approval date as per visa journey? Mine started as Sept 28 2024 and my last update was Aug 14 2024
