I knew it looked bad from the video last night... people were trying to give him CPR in the street.

 

Guy was an ex-soldier had a very crude homemade gun, most people online were talking about how it didn't appear to have 3D components either.

Then all components of that homemade gun must be banned, along with the raw materials with which the components are constructed.

 

The updated report, after the initial report, mentioned the CPR and also that there were no vital signs.  A sad day.

Huh?  How is a 3D object NOT made of 3D components?  All guns are 3D from what I know, except maybe in a Casper cartoon.
