Que visa me conviene? según mi caso

hola buen dia! 
mi caso es el siguiente: mi hijo y mi esposo son ciudadanos americanos, actualmente intenté sacar visa de TURISTA Y ME LA NEGARON, yo no tengo intenciones de vivir en USA por eso opté por sacar visa de turista y no de residente , aún así fue negada, alguien podría orientarme que visa o tramite esta más  acorde de mi perfil? 

Me gustaría poder  conocer la familia de mi esposo y regresar a mexico.

Hola parse! 

Pues te han negado la visa porque tú tienes mas lazos con Estados Unidos que con Mexico, por eso creen que no vas a regresar a Mexico y te vas a quedar aquí. 

Lo que tienes que hacer es fortalecer tus lazos con Mexico y demostrar que vas a volver. Por ejemplo, contratos de alquiler, recibos de sueldo, un contrato laboral, etc.

Ok. Just so that everyone can participate and I can translate.

OP is married to a USC and her son is also a USC. She does not have any intention of living in the US, and she was denied a tourist visa. I explained to her that she has strong ties to the US, so she has to strengthen her ties back home. Show property, paystubs, maybe a work contract..

Finalmente tendré que sacar visa de Residente ¿saben cuánto dura el trámite aproximadamente?

Ok. Una aclaración: una VISA es un permiso para entrar a los Estados Unidos para visitar o por diferentes propósitos, luego irse. Lo que vos necesitas es la residencia, que se llama green card. Como vos ya estás casada, tenés que aplicar por una CR-1. Está demorando entre 1 año y 2.

La verdad es la 2 ves que uso esta plataforma, solo hice la visa de turista la cual me negaron hoy mismo 🙁, entonces me conviene la visa CR1?

No es que te convenga, es la unica opción que tienes si ya te negaron la visa de turista. Pero ten en cuenta que la CR1 es para vivir aquí. No tiene sentido que la completes si no vas a vivir aqui.

Tengo una pregunta : Una vez que eres residente puedes salir del país por temporadas? Es decir 4 o 6 meses ? Y regresar
