I feel the same way because nvc did that to me a couple of times but I have been DQ since may 2021 still no interview schedule yet I'm so frustrated I'm telling you guys

But that doesn't necessitate that they are picky because of this reason, it could just be time crunch. Same juice, difference squeeze as it were.

Just received an FE to upload my joint sponsor’s  2021 tax transcript. But I uploaded and it was accepted. So im confused. And the lines are suspended so there is no one to contact

That’s frustrating. Try doing an inquiry online. I know they say they’re taking several weeks to respond to them; but I sent one after my FE and they responded to me within a couple of days. Doesn’t hurt to try. 
What days did you submit everything out of curiosity?

We finally requested an expedite and it was accepted. My case is currently in tranfer to the embassy in Paris
