Filling out form I-130 online for my foreign spouse.

Me and my wife have visited irl and lived together in the same house (her father's house) for 4 months while I was visiting her home country visa-free, is it ok to list this address as an answer for where we last lived together or will USCIS not accept that as living together?

I intend to list it for our support of a bonafide marriage as well, so is it ok to list it as an answer to this question or is it better to put "Never Lived Together"?

visiting is not the same with reside/living together. im not clear if u reside there or just visited for longer time.

its not mandatory to live together if ur spouse currently in the home country and u are in the US

if u never lived together, just choose that opetion

It was technically a "long visit" but we lived in the exact same house in the exact same room 24/7 for 4-5 months.

She is in her home country and I am in US but we have spent a good amount of time in person living in the same location and wish to include that information on our application.

For all intents and purposes we were living together and treated it like such, and I am going to include for our evidence of a bona fide marriage, I am just unsure if it would be bad to list it here or not.

if it were me, since its "long visit" i wont say i lived together. lived together means for example : rent, utility like gas/water, joint credit card, joint saving account (cohabition evidence)

maybe other member can give other perspective

though u can add on ur evidences, such boarding pass and all to show that u are indeed visiting her for X months. and other evidence that u think it will put weight on ur case

It's your choice. You can put that address or not put it, Uscis doesn't care as long as you have good evidences of relationship. I put the address where i and my wife lived (stayed) with her for a short period when i went to visit her in that section.

For the question on the I-130, indicate you have not lived together.   You were just visiting.  Yes, use the passport stamps and photos as evidence you spent that time together.  Your answer could be "Never but 4 month visit in her home."

Part of the instructions says "If you never lived together, type or print, "Never lived together" in Item Number 59.a."

Since you were there for a visit then "Never lived together" is the answer

Correct but on the second address line, it's ok to add a note that you had a 4 month visit.
