So my GC expires in Feb 23, but already I am thinking of gathering evidence to send for my ROC. Here is what I am planning to include, please let me know if you think it is enough:

  1. Joint Lease on two apartments (for work I have to commute to Georgia and sometimes stay there for 10-15 days it was cheaper to rent an apartment) but we have our names on both leases.
  2. Joint Bank accounts (checking, saving in 2 different accounts) with more than 40K for a two year-ish period.
  3. Joint investment account (around 30k)
  4. Joint credit cards
  5. Her name on my 401k and vice versa
  6. joint insurance and dental plans
  7. 20 or so tickets to Georgia and back together
  8. 3  vacations together (plane tickets, hotels)
  9. Tons of photos (more than 100) with family members and friends or on vacations together
  10. Joint tax returns
  11. Photos of our parents meeting each other in the home country.
  12. Affidavits from at least two friends.
  13. Chat logs and emails
  14. Picture of me at her bedside when she was ill in hospital

Is there anything else I could work on in the meanwhile?

Looks great. Affidavits are not really needed and not so many picture are necessary either. If you two live together, chat logs might be an overkill as well. That said, you do you though, whatever you're comfortable with. Good luck.

I would only send the apartment lease of your residence as listed to immigration

Cut down on the photos - general advice is to send a selection of photos that cover the 2 year period so around a dozen or so is more than enough. You can include the photo in the hospital if you want, but I'm not sure why it is listed as separate evidence.

Affidavits are weak evidence and not worth including imo, since you have plenty of other strong evidence.

I personally would also leave out the chat logs and emails, but if you opt to leave it in I'd make sure it's a small, concise collection of correspondence and not a huge 300 page info dump that won't get read.

8 - u dont need plane ticket, just boarding pass

9 + 13 : u should cut down the amount of the pictures. i will say 14 pictures are more than enough. choose quality instead of quantity, same with chat log + emails. if i were u, i wont even submit 13 at all

12. no need

14. u can put the pictures together with no 9

I forgot to address this part of your post. You have a lot of good evidence as it is but if you would like other suggestions/ideas here's a few things you could add:

  1. Mail addressed to both of you (we included a few "official" letters that were in both of our names)
  2. Copies of joint memberships (gym, Costco, etc)
  3. Power of Attorney, Living will, etc.
  4. Documentation of any bills in both names (water, power, phone, etc.)
  5. Car insurance showing both names/both vehicles
  6. Documentation of any loans/debts in both names (like a car loan)
