Can Filipino visit USA without visa? (split)

Hello can my wife and kids travel to USA from cebu ph.with valid passport..or do they need visa and if visa needed what kind visa to travel to USA for visit with return flight

Yes, you will need a valid visa to enter the USA unless they are US Citizens. If they want to travel to the USA they will need a tourist visa. Why are they coming to the USA

Tourist visa can be obtained if they have strong ties to the Philippines and the CO believes that they will return. Being that she is married to, you have about a 99.999% chance that she will be denied.
