Natalia we were able to get to a representative this morning. The answer was that there is a technical problem and to wait up to 7 days for this to be resolved!

Thanks so much for this update! I appreciate it, because it is very frustrating! I'm sure you feel the same way. As soon as I get any news, I'll post it here as well! thanks again!

I have seen many people post about their I-134 being filed and getting it approved in a few days. I have not seen any time estimates for what happens after. Please post your experiences here so others will get an idea how long this takes.

Here is a sample for @Islapaz

I-134 submitted - 4/25/2022

I-134 approved - 4/29/2022

Email received by beneficiary - 5/4/2022

Has anyone received travel authorization yet?

Please create your own timeline and post it here.

I have an interesting similar issue to this where we had the notice for a day or two, we downloaded copies each, but then it was later removed from both of our accounts? pretty strange. seems to be lots of bugs and errors in this process.

How frustrating! I was able to life chat with an agent and after verifying all the info, she told me to call the customer service and both petitioner and the beneficiary must be present and disconnected right away! WHAT?!?! I was waiting for an hour to get this answer and was disconnected! I don't get how we both should be present for the call, it's just unbelievable what is going on with this process. Today is 05/14/2022 and still no travel authorization anywhere to be found. The scariest thing is that our case is closed! So if it's closed, nothing needs to be done... I don't have any idea how and when this issue will be taken care of

Definitely! We have call almost every day. Still no documents. Some times they tell us to wait for a  tier 2 call. Others that the problem was resolved. Others that we just need to log in and out and the document its going to be there. To wait from 24 to 72 hrs and its going to be there.  Last news is that they are going to further work on our issue and to give them time.

Has anyone with this same problem resolve it? how? We are still without the document.

Email received by beneficiary - Still waiting.  😕

I called them and they couldn't tell me anything. Guess I'll keep trying. Feels like a glitch if other people are getting their email in a few days. Come to think of it, I never got an email notice from them either. Maybe it's a Gmail thing?

Anyone know if resubmitting the I-134 for the same person is allowed?

Happy Thursday, VJ community!

I got I-134 confirmed for 2 beneficiaries: mother and underaged daughter. Added the daughter to travel group in the mother's USCIS account. It displayed option to complete attestations from mother's account.
Question: is it safe to deduce that there is no need to create another USCIS account for the daughter?

(silly question but would really appreciate a sanity check)

To those who have successfully submitted beneficiary's info to USCBP - did the Submit button on #5 work? Ours is greyed out.
Does the status Submitted on each item mean it all went? Was there a confirmation of receipt?

Appreciate the insights.
