In my case it says

You received an update from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) about your travel authorization decision. Please check the “Notices” tab to view the travel authorization document.

but when I got to the notices there's nothing new. Does somebody have the same issue?

I have the same issue. From going through this process, USCIS seems to have some lagging time between receiving decisions and actually getting documentation confirming the decision.  I'm hoping that sometime Monday we will get our notices!

Does anyone know if they will deny residents of Ukraine that were on vacation before February 11th? My boyfriend is Ukrainian and had his sponsorship approved and we are afraid that he will be turned away at the US border if they find out he was on vacation when the war broke out because he was not in Ukraine. He was definitely displaced by the invasion though as he is from Donetsk.

We are trying to communicate with USCIS and no luck. The phone system keep telling that the offices are closed and they work until 8pm ET but it is not 8pm. Another visa journey user had the same issue and they told him is a glitch in the system .

I have actually called them today and the automatic system would not even connect me to the agent unless 30 days has passed since the moment of notice issue date

Sure! You can. Just fill out form I-134 for her and her child. You don't need to be a family member.

Natalia we were able to get to a representative this morning. The answer was that there is a technical problem and to wait up to 7 days for this to be resolved!
