Hello,

Does anyone have information about if, I can apply to remove conditions on green card while it still has one year left to expire, although marriage is now over 2 years?

You can apply only 90 days before expire, and if the package arrive even 1 days before 90 , they send the package back. 
happened to a cousin of mine, they sent the package early thinking that usps would be delivering at 90 days or after and for his surprise , the package was delivery one day early, and just for one day he got the package back. He sent back and was ok

No, you cannot. It’s 90 days before the expiration date on your green card

I am pretty sure if you are filing the I751 with a divorce waiver you can file anytime.  Maybe @mindthegap can confirm.

When filing Form I-751 jointly with a spouse, the petition must be filed within the 90-day period before the conditional resident’s green card expires. When filing with a waiver after divorce, the petition can be filed any time after conditional resident status is granted and before the conditional resident is removed.

Jointly? No. Before the 90 day window it will be rejected and returned to you. 

With a waiver? Yes, it can be filed any time - as confirmed on page 1 of the I-751 instructions.

Doesn't matter that your marriage is 2 years old, what matters is the expiration date on your greencard. If you're still in a bonafide marriage, you have to file within the 90 days right before your greencard expires, it's not about the length of your marriage.

Re-reading the OP, it is not clear.  Originally, it seemed to indicate that the marriage was over, but now it seems they are asking if the marriage had now passed the 2nd anniversary, but the CGC still showed a year validity.

 

To the OP, can you clarify what you are asking?  If you are planning to file the I751 jointly with your spouse then you have to wait until 90 days according to the date on your CGC, not your wedding anniversary.  If divorced and filing the I751 with a waiver you can file anytime.

That's actually how I read it originally too.... at least now they have the information needed to make a decision based on their circumstance

I am asking to file jointly. The marriage is over 2 years(anniversary)but we will have one year left on green card expiration so if we can go ahead and apply for removing conditions based on the fact that marriage is now over 2 years. 
Based on many answers here we cannot as we are married and going to file jointly.

Correct, 90 days prior to the expiration date, and @mytruelove18 mentioned, don't try to schedule a delivery exactly on the day as it may arrive early.  I know when my wife filed to remove conditions, she filed about 2 weeks after her window opened.

The guide I posted above provides good info.

 

The only way a person could file earlier than 90 days before the card expiration is after a divorce or other waiver.

Yes, in the post you quoted, OP confirms he understood that he CANNOT file early.
