Has anyone else applied for the Uniting for Ukraine program?

I haven't heard of this before. Maybe you should give CBP (202-325-8000) a call. They are the ones that do the travel authorizations.

Thank you I did contact them, there's a special line for Uniting for Ukraine program via this phone number. Unfortunately the rep told me that they don't have the information on why it was revoked, and I can try reapplying, it might work or it might not.

I applied for my wife's daughter, husband and two infant children, they were all approved.  Their Travel Authorizations expired 11/26/22.  The husband was not able to travel with the rest of the family and needed to remain in Ukraine until he could get out of his military commitment.

 

I requested an extension back on 11/10 and never got an answer.  When his Travel Authorization expired 11/26, I reapplied for him using the A-Number he had received.  I received the first Notice acknowledging they case and am still waiting.  Strangely he has not received anything, by email not even the Notice I received.  My stepdaughter showed me his USCIS Account it has a different A-Number than the one I have.  Is that normal?  All of my communications with filing (2) I-134s for him and the subsequent Notices have the A-Number I have.  Why would his USCIS Account show a different one?

 

I received the Notice on 11/28 and that is it.  Do you think it is too early to call and ask?  I thought I could use the two different A-Numbers as a reason to call.

I got case closed status for their new petition saying it was closed because I already applied for these beneficiaries.

It’s just so unfair that we can’t even find any information on why the original travel authorization has been revoked

Time to involve your Congressman's immigration liaison.  After you complete a basic Release form, the office can begin inquiring on your behalf.

I have 0 knowledge on how even start that. What is a basic release form?

Just a simple form that you sign to give the office permission to get involved.

 

If you know who your Congressman is, find his/her website, and there will be links to various subjects or to request general help.  I would phone the most local office for best direction of how to proceed.  Remember that it's the holidays, so some staff might be on vacation.

Interestingly enough I reapplied for all four, 2 of them got Case Administratively Closed (wife and daughter) status but 2 of them (him and younger daughter) got their cases confirmed. 
Should I reapply for wife and daughter one more time, tried to add some sort of comment stating that this is not the duplicate and I am actually interested in getting them to the States? Or even explaining the whole situation in the additional comments section?

Others here have more knowledge than I do, and I defer to them.  My impression is that there's nothing to lose unless you think it'll confuse them and hose things further.  I still think that your Congressman's office is the best resource right now.

My stepdaughter was accepted came over here, got a social security number, and can work. But she went back to Ukraine for a family thing. Does she have to start all over with Uniting for Ukraine to get another travel authorization?
