Hello No- no account created because no emails were received from USCIS by either myself or the beneficiaries. As I understand it, I and/or they need an email from USCIS re the application before they can create an account? Is this correct?  I just got off the phone with USCIS and they scheduled my apps for a level 2 escalation call back, Their records show emails were sent, but nothing came and nothing in spam for myself or the beneficiaries.

Pending the level 2 call back, is there anything I should be doing? Seems like something is amiss.

Hello

I applied on June 1 to sponsor 2 Ukrainians. I have the confirmation dated June 2, Does the confirmation notice mean I am approved as a sponsor? I ask because the beneficiaries have not had an email and there is not follow up, and Kjcdc090385's posts seem to indicate that the confirmation Notice does not mean I was ok'd as a sponsor. I am contemplating re-applying to get things moving.

I have this info below in my USCIS profile- should I being doing something more to move things along? Thanks- this forum is a great resource!

Case Confirmed

On June 2, 2022, we confirmed your Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, Receipt Number IOE9378590428, and emailed you a confirmation notice. Please follow the instructions in your notice.

Case history

Status Date
Case Confirmed June 2, 2022
We received your Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, and sent you a receipt notice. June 2, 2022

Case Confirmed is like an approval of your I-134. Your beneficiary should have gotten an email shortly after. Make they check spam folders, etc. That said several people have experienced breakdowns in the process. It seems like the quickest resolution often has been to reapply.

Have you created a USCIS account for your beneficiaries? Or have they created it for themselves? There they will need to attest to having been vaccinated and what not. There's more steps to complete after your complete I-134. What do the instructions in the confirmation notice say?

Also my confirmation notice didn't really have instructions, other than to refer to the email the beneficiary will receive:

USCIS has reviewed the Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, that you filed on behalf of the beneficiary named above, and we have confirmed that your Form I-134 is sufficient.

We will notify the beneficiary of this confirmation and provide instructions they must follow to seek parole into the United States under Uniting for Ukraine.

By signing Form I-134, you have agreed to provide financial support to the above-named beneficiary for the duration of the period of parole in the United States that the beneficiary may be granted. Thank you for your participation in Uniting for Ukraine

Thank you for your input!

Will it gum up the works more if I submit duplicate applications?

Otherwise I am waiting up to 72 hours for a level 2 call back- they said they could call beginning at 7 am local time- would hate to wait 3 days and then miss the call, plus it's Friday....

I have been concerned about that also. But I have no first hand experience with it since all 4 of beneficiary were processed with no issues. I personally would lean the same way as you. If I got nowhere then do the reapply.

I wanted to thank you all... because of all valuable infos you post here. We got travel authorization for my fiancé under U4U. It took 24h. We already have flight ticker.

Does anyone know if she should expect to be questioned on the boarder about our k1 application? I worry because U4U program is temporary stay and if they know we have k1 pending they might come to conclusion that we are trying to trick the system and turn her around

I am very sure that they won't be any connection between the 2 things you have going on. I wouldn't share things that they don't ask about though. Sometimes too much information can lead to confusion on their part.

Hello everyone, we are trying to get my mom in law(my wife's mother) from Ukraine using the United for Ukraine program. She does not have access to Covid vaccine in Ukraine so does she have to get the vaccine before flying to US? If yes, does she need to finish the full dose or a single dose is good?

Also she will be flying from Turkey so if she has to get the vaccine then it will be in Turkey, does the vaccine need to be FDA approved or WHO approved? Not sure what vaccine Turkey offers.

Yes, it appear she would need to have at least one dose of a FDA approved COVID vaccine before departing for the US. See link:
