  1. That is good to hear. I applied the same day. I am stuck. No email received by beneficiary. I called the USCIS and they said they would elevate it to "Level 2" and I would receive a phone call. Instead this morning I received a boilerplate email stating my I-134 was approved and the beneficiary will receive an email and to respond to the email. This is exactly the same message received on the confirmation June 2, 12 days ago. The issue seems to be their system, for some unknown reason, is not sending out the email. Yes, she checked spam, etc. Others have tried to re-apply. If I do this, I may set up an email that I can also access and use it for correspondence. My beneficiary has a Ukrainian last name spelled oddly in her gmail address so if it was manually input, the operator may have made an error. I am speaking to the gray monolith that is the USCIS with no result, just trying to get an email. I will keep the list advised.
  2. Thank you for your input! Will it gum up the works more if I submit duplicate applications? Otherwise I am waiting up to 72 hours for a level 2 call back- they said they could call beginning at 7 am local time- would hate to wait 3 days and then miss the call, plus it's Friday....
  3. Also my confirmation notice didn't really have instructions, other than to refer to the email the beneficiary will receive: USCIS has reviewed the Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, that you filed on behalf of the beneficiary named above, and we have confirmed that your Form I-134 is sufficient. We will notify the beneficiary of this confirmation and provide instructions they must follow to seek parole into the United States under Uniting for Ukraine. By signing Form I-134, you have agreed to provide financial support to the above-named beneficiary for the duration of the period of parole in the United States that the beneficiary may be granted. Thank you for your participation in Uniting for Ukraine
  4. Hello No- no account created because no emails were received from USCIS by either myself or the beneficiaries. As I understand it, I and/or they need an email from USCIS re the application before they can create an account? Is this correct? I just got off the phone with USCIS and they scheduled my apps for a level 2 escalation call back, Their records show emails were sent, but nothing came and nothing in spam for myself or the beneficiaries. Pending the level 2 call back, is there anything I should be doing? Seems like something is amiss.
  5. Hello

I just registered after monitoring the forum for a few days.

May I impose upon you for a few questions? despite my efforts, I can't seem to sort out the Uniting for Ukraine process.

I submitted 2 1-134s and received a confirmation notice on June 2 (this info is in the USCIS portal under my USCIS)

Nothing since then, Beneficiaries did not receive any emails.

I saw where you posted you applied, set up beneficiaries accounts and received the travel authorization in one day.

Did you need information from an email sent to the beneficiaries to set up their account? (I think you might have). I don't think it is possible to set up accounts for beneficiaries without some communicaiton to them from USCIS, unless I am mistaken.

I seem to be stalled here- any ideas? I saw where one forum member reapplied and had same day approval. I don't think there is any issue with my I-134 I have the income, no background check issues..

I appreciate any input you may have!!

  6. Hello I applied on June 1 to sponsor 2 Ukrainians. I have the confirmation dated June 2, Does the confirmation notice mean I am approved as a sponsor? I ask because the beneficiaries have not had an email and there is not follow up, and Kjcdc090385's posts seem to indicate that the confirmation Notice does not mean I was ok'd as a sponsor. I am contemplating re-applying to get things moving. I have this info below in my USCIS profile- should I being doing something more to move things along? Thanks- this forum is a great resource!
