  1. They need to print it and hand it over to the boarder patrol officer. He will then put the stamp on it as in a passport. Keep it safe. Also remember that all beneficiaries need a tuberculosis screening. They have 2 weeks after entering US to complete it. I called state department of health and got it done for free. Otherwise price ranges $150-$300 per person.
  2. Thanks for sharing. I am picking my fiance from Miami Airport tomorrow. I will let her know.
  3. I would rather call them and follow up, than create new account. I don't know, I just have a feeling it may delay the approval process. It is my personal opinion. If you call USCIS you can say "info pass" when automated system asks for your first selection. It will transfer you to the officer right away. Good luck
  4. I wanted to thank you all... because of all valuable infos you post here. We got travel authorization for my fiancé under U4U. It took 24h. We already have flight ticker. Does anyone know if she should expect to be questioned on the boarder about our k1 application? I worry because U4U program is temporary stay and if they know we have k1 pending they might come to conclusion that we are trying to trick the system and turn her around
  5. I will share the trick with you guys. When you are calling USCIS when the automated system asks for your first answer, you need to say "info pass"... you will talk with the actual person in less than 1 minute
  6. Thank you so much for the answer, and I am sorry. I don't have much experience with forums... 🙈
  7. Hey guys. So I just got off the phone with USCIS officer. I was told that only immediate relatives can be petitioners on that program so since I am just a fiance for now, unfortunately I can't apply. This specific condition is not listed on USCIS website unless I am blind. Did anyone already get their fiancee to US on this program? Can you share your experience?

  11. Hello everyone. I see a lot topics about delays at Warsaw Embassy. I would like to ask if there are any people who decided to transfer their case from Frankfurt to Warsaw and what are current waiting times for processing K1 visa application at Warsaw Embassy so as waiting times for interview. They received our documents from NVC on May 12th and we are still waiting on instructions letter/email
