I went to the interview . Just 6 questions and i answered correct. All was fine . Until ask me about a misdemeanor case on 2017 4 years and half before the interview. I explain and gave to the official the court letter saying “THE CASE WAS DISMISS” 5 days after the arrest.

The interview Official say for me you’re approved. But i need the official police report because if i send the file approved without this the supervisor  will send it back  because is incomplete . The oficial  print the letter to help me with the time and told me “go and take the police report and send it to me here fast so you can get your citizenship”. Same day i went to the court . Got the report and send it express . The oficial received the report next day (dec 7th,2021). After his no updates until APRIL 6 ,2022 “CASE ON QUALITY REVIEW BASED ON APPROVAL RECOMMENDATION”

TodaY APRIL 15TH , 2022 still in quality reviewing.

I just want to finish this process and know whats going on? Anyone with similar case ?

Mine says the same thing I just noticed it online, it said the quality review is just done in random cases, I do not have any additional paperwork I need to submit. I received the approval right there after the interview so it has nothing to do with the police report you had to send. It is just a random quality control check. Online it says, it may take anywhere from 30 to 120 days.

Not sure if you saw it but I wanted to add that I found an old thread were they shared this link: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-b-chapter-4

It seems like all cases go thru a review even after being recommended for approval. I am sure we will get our Oath Ceremony notices in a few more weeks, just wanted to share this link here in case you haven't seen it.

I wouldnt worry about it, I was approved during the interview, officer tried to get me scheduled to do the oath that same dat but the cut off time had passed (only for half an hour), then he told me I would have to wait for the letter that can take a while. I have the same message about quality review.
