I-175 May 2019 Filers

Hi everyone, just found this thread. My husband's receipt number also start with MSC. I sent his package May 2. It was received May 6 with notice date May 9. May 17 we received biometric notice dated for May 31. Nevertheless, I think local office should be included so we can have an idea how long the wait once status change from ready to schedule for interview to actually having the interview date. My local office is New York City.

Is this for the US Spouse or the Conditional Resident?

I just added "Local Office" to the MSC spreadsheet.  Did you add your information?

Hello everyone, my husband is preparing to fill his removing of condition forms , his 90 days period started 3 days ago.. 

 

Is there any check list that can help us ..

 

We filled the for I751

 

We have joint bank account statements,  joint Credit cards, property lease in both our names, and utilities are in his name only, joint tax return for the last 2 years, but our income isn't enough,  my sister is supporting us, so we will include her tax returns too, ( do we need affidavit support form from her again??)) We don't have a car yet we are both students, I am 6 month pregnant now , we used to live with my sister in her house ,but we moved 8 months ago, because my husband found a new job,  but will still use her address that we had in his AOS, we traveled together to Mexico last year,  we have our reservation in both names, airline tickets and pictures .

 

We have a separate health insurance. 

 

What else we will need?

Hello everyone! - Another new May Filer! Just got the paperwork sent out today to Lewisville, Tx. And it was a journey to say the least. This took so much out of us (mainly me) to put together. I don't know why the I-751 documentation felt like 😩 compared to the K-1 documents.  I literally just stopped over obsessing about the documents and sent what I had. 

 

Now the waiting comes. Good luck to everyone and look forward to the updates. 🤗

Sent our ROC I-751 petition packet on 18 May 2019 via USPS Priority Mail to the Dallas, TX P.O. Box... And now the wait commences!

Yes! I have wedding pics and life insurance with each other as beneficiary! Thanks for your response. Good luck to you too! Post us on how yours goes. I will mailing my packet Saturday for arrival on Tuesday.

Congrats and good luck.  I agree with you.  The K1 was more fun, this go around was horrible.  I just printed everything and sent it to USCIS to deal with.  I sent them around 720 pages of goodies.  Hahaha
