Can’t figure out why Lin filers with cases after mine get approved first. There appears to be no rhyme or reason for how they operate that work flow. No red flags in my case No divorce lots of proof and most cases near to my number have had some movement. It’s definitely not FIFO I would love to have the 10 year card approved before I submit my N400.  Soooo frustrating dealing after 3/4 years dealing with DHS and it’s many different branches.

I know it's frustrating, but it will happen. About a month ago, I was starting to see movement for cases around my number and many after me (LIN1990476XXX) and nothing was happening for my case since October, 2019. Then last week, I got the update too. Now most of the cases around my number have had movement, either approvals or RFEs or scheduled for interviews. It's coming, trust me! If cases around yours are moving, someone will get to yours soon. But I get it, I was getting super discouraged too seeing numbers after mine get approved.

My case got transferred today to a new office, I’m an LIN filer. Wondering why my case got transferred. Maybe an interview since we never got one for AOS. Kinda sucks cause they aren’t doing interviews right now.

I just called and spoke with a tier two agent and they told me my case is still at LIN and is not moving. Its apparently a computer automated thing they just updated the location of my application with in the complex for tracking purposes. I don't know if I believe that lol We will wait and see. I filled May 23rd 2019

I read somewhere online that you ask the tier 1 agent questions they can’t answer ie about service requests or stuff that’s not general account info. That’s what I did and ask to transfer they transferred me and I got through straight away no call back needed. I’m suspicious about how helpful she really was.

Did the tier two answer the transfer call right away, or was there a long wait during transfer? Thank you.

Im WAC, filed mid MAY 2019 and did biometrics mid december.

No interview because I had one for the 2 year GC.

Hopefully it will arrive soon.

has someone already applied for N-400 and still no movement on I-751? My USCIS received date is 5/20/2019 and planning to file N-400 soon while I-751 pending.

I don’t wanna to apply for n400 because I think May fillers will get approved soon so it will just delay i751 even more. Not to mention, USCIS is closed until further notice so people won’t be able to their interviews anyways

I applied for my N-400 recently on April 16th , I got the NOA notice already and online tool saying estimated case completion time as Nov 2020. I filed my I-175 In May 8th 2019 and is currently pending approval. California Service Center.
